- g 150 Yolks
- g 15 Yeast
- g 300 Milk
- g 200 Flour 0 365/00 365 GMI/ 0 Frumenta/ 00 Frumenta

Mix water, yeast, sugar, 1 egg yolk, and flour Cover with a damp towel and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
Add flour.In a bowl, beat together 4 of the egg yolks, sugar, the butter and water. Add the yeast combination from above and mix well. Pour the entire mixture into the flour well and gradually mix the flour into the liquids to form a sticky dough. Knead it for 5 to 10 minutes.
Oil a large bowl and add the dough and cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
Add the remaining flour, yolks,water, egg, sugar and knead until blended. Place in a greased or buttered bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven and bake the pandoro for 35 minutes.
