Procedure:

Put on the fire in a saucepan water,butter and  salt and bring to a boil. Remove from heat put in the flour, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Put on the fire a few minutes, until the mixture. Remove from heat, allow to cool and stir in the eggs one at a time. Place the dough in small spoonfuls on the baking sheet, spacing given well together and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. If you want sweet cream puffs, you can fill them with custard or cream with syringe for sweets, or, if you like savory puffs with ham mousse, tuna etc., cut them in half with a knife and close them after they are filled with the filling.
