Pizza and Focaccia bread

  • 300g          Tomato pulp
  • 3g              Salt
  • 300g          Mozzarella

 

Ingredients for the topping of the cake

Procedure

Knead well for about 3 minutes in a bowl and pour the mixture (which should be soft and sticky) into the baking pan previously greased with oil

Roll out with your hands until the dough covers the whole pan.

- For the pizza:

Drizzle with tomato sauce, and bake at 230 ° C for 20 minutes.

- For the focaccia bread
