Homemade piadina


  • g. 500        Farina tipo Antigrumi
  • g.      3       Salt
  • g.      45     Lard   
  • ml     50     Milk
  • ml.   40      Water
  • g.      3       Yeast



Mix all the ingredients except water, add the water until the dough is detached from the walls. Shape into balls of 80 g. about and roll with a rolling pin.

Cook in a pan on both sides.

Fill suit your taste.
