Chocolate muffin


  • 250 g Flour Cuore/Frumenta
  • 200 g Chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 100 g shelled walnuts
  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • Yeast
  • 6 Walnuts
  • 2 Whipped cream
  • Cocoa


Grate the chocolate. Mix the nuts with a little 'sugar.Sift the flour into a bowl with the baking powder, add the eggs soft butter, walnuts, sugar, chocolate and finally the milk slowly.
