Homemade black bread
- 1 kg Flour Preparato per pane nero ai cereali
- 550/600 ml Water
- 22 g Salt

Mix all the ingredients until dough is smooth and homogeneous. Let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes in a covered casserole with a cotton towel.
Divide the dough into pieces. Let it rise for 60-70 minutes.
