Mix the margarineand icing sugar making sure that the two ingredients are mixed regularly without the presence of lumps.
Then add the egg yolk until cream is smooth and homogeneous.
Stir the flour, baking powder, salt and form a smooth paste. Form a ball and keep it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Roll out the dough. Fill with jam. With the remaining dough make shapes as you like and place them on the jam.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
