Procedure

Mix the ingredients for 15 minutes at speed 1  and for 3 minutes at speed 2.

Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.

Divide the dough  .Cover with PVC food, or put into prover for 60-70 minutes at 30 ° C with humidity 75-80% RH.

Bake  at about 220 ° -230 ° C. The cooking time varies according to the size.
