Pandispagna with chocolate

 

Ingredients:

  • kg 1 Pandispagna Delì
  • g 600 Eggs
  • ml 300 Water
  • g 30 Instant coffee
  • g 35 Cocoa
  • g 6 Cinnamon

Procedure:

Dissolve the instant coffee in the water, put all the ingredients in the planetary including the solution of water and coffee, working with a whisk for about 8 minutes. Spread the mixture into the pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 30/32 minutes.
