Ingredienti

  • l. 5        Milk(50%)
  • g. 120   Salt (1.2)%
  • g. 1000 Sugar (10%)
  • g. 100   Honey(1%)
  • g. 150   Rinascente Soft (1,5%)
  • g. 500   Yeast(5%)

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients for 5 minutes in 1 minute and 6 minutes at speed 2.
Let the dough rest for 60-90 minutes.
