Ciambella di farro



  • Flour Farina di Farro 500 g
  • Sugar 90 g
  • Oil170 ml
  • White wine 170 ml
  • Vanilla
  • Salt 1 g
  • Baking powder 16 g
  • Lemon 1


Prepare pastry on a mixture of spelled, sugar, salt. 

Mix it with remaining ingredients.

Knead until you get a smooth paste.

Form a ball and keep it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Forming the donuts and place them in the pan on a parchment paper.

Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at low temperature for 10/15 minutes.
