Ciambella di riso
- Flour Farina di riso g 280
- Potato starch g 200
- Sugar g 400
- Butter g 200
- Eggs n 6
- Yeast g 20
- Strawberries jam
- Brendy 8
- Kiwi 1
- Icing sugar
Let the butter and knead it with sugar until is creamy and smooth.
Add eggs,vanilla and rice flour previously sifted together with potato starch and baking powder.
Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees.
Remove from the oven and then deformed, then let cool
