Frittelle con uva sultanina
- 400 g Flour farina azzurra/ Preparato per dolci Cuore/Frumenta
- 30 g Sultana
- 3 Eggs
- 50 g Sugar
- baking powder
- 50 cl rum
- Oil for frying
Mix the flour with baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon, lemon peel, sultanas, then add the rum and eggs.
Stir all ingredients, mixing with a fork or with your hands, then add the milk in amounts sufficient to obtain a fairly thick batter.
Heat abundant oil in a frying pan.
Remove from the oil and put them in paper towel to remove excess oil.
Dip in granulated sugar and then put them in a tray.
