Dolce di natale (azzurra)
- 200 g Flour farina azzurra/Preparato per dolci Cuore/Frumenta
- 50 g icing sugar
- 8 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- chocolate pudding
- vanilla pudding
- marsala egg
For biscuits beat the egg yolks with 200g sugar until the mixture is very puffy and fluffy add the salt and 200 g of flour.
Whip with an electric whip the egg whites and add to the previous mixture.
Grease and flour a baking sheet, place the mixture in a little bag and roll into strips, sprinkle the top with icing sugar. Bake in a hot oven 180 ° C for 12 minutes.
Bake the puddings
Let the cookies cool, soak them in coffee mixed with 25% of marsala, place them in a baking dish, forming a base and then put on the chocolate pudding, make another layer of biscuits to put on the vanilla pudding. Sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.
