Focaccia genovese

Ingredients
For the dough
- 500g. farina azzurra/ Pizza Manitoba/Pizza cuore
- 12g. salt
- olio d’oliva/Oil
- 25 g. yeast
- 300 cl water
Procedure
Prepare the dough, mix all the ingredients until dough is very soft and shiny. Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes. Spread in baking pan previously greased with oil. Make a mixture of oil and water in equal quantities and spread over the entire surface of the cake, pierce the dough with the fingertips of the hands and let in the solution of water and oil and add salt. Make it rise in the oven for about 1 ½ hours and bake it for 25/30 minutes at 200 ° C.
