Pane tipo Treccia ai tre sapori
- 500 g Flour farina azzurra/Manitoba Cuore/Frumenta
- 270 cl Water
- 30 g. Yeast
- 7 g Sugar
- Poppy seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Millet flakes
- olio extra vergine d’oliva/ Oil
- 10 g salt
Dissolve yeast in water and sugar in a saucepan then put in the flour,salt and oil, until dough is smooth and dry.
Cover the dough and let rise for 60 minutes. Divide the dough into three equal weights and form loaves of equal length.
Beat the egg in a bowl with water and brush the three loaves, then add poppy seeds, cumin seeds and the millet flakes. Form a braid and let rise for about 40 minutes.
Remove and set the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C and bake for 40 minutes.
