Torta con crescenza
For the filling:
- 250 g. crescenza cheese
Prepare the dough working well all the ingredients until dough is smooth, then let rest it in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two pieces, buttering the pan and put the first part in the bottom, add the Crescenza cheese and cover with the second part of the dough.
Prick the surface with a fork, and brush with olive oil, salt the surface and bake in a hot oven at 210 ° C for about 20/25 minutes until the surface is golden.
