Savoury pie with tuna and peppers
- 300 g. Flour farina azzurra
- 80 g butter
- 6 g. salt
For the filling:
- 120 g green olives
- 180 g. Peppers
- 80 g Tuna
Prepare the dough working well all the ingredients until dough is smooth, then let rest the dough stand in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling, put all the ingredients in the robot for blending, add oil if required.
Divide the dough into two pieces , buttering the pan and put the first part, add the filling and cover with the other part of dough.
Prick the surface with a fork and bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes
