Ingredients

  • 1 kg Spinach
  • 350 g. breadcrubs
  • 200 g. Parmesan
  • 120 g. bacon
  • 4 Eggs
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • salt
  • Pepper

 

Procedure:

Prepare the dough working well all the ingredients until dough is smooth, then let rest the dough in refrigerator for about 30/40 minutes.

Boil the spinach in boiling water, and chop finely.

Prepare the sauce with onion and chopped bacon, add the spinach, remove from heat and put the Parmesan cheese, grated cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into two equal parts. Butter the cake pan and cover with the first part of dough then add the mixture of the filling, cover with the remaining part of dough.

Prick the surface with a fork and bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes
