- 300 g Azzurra
- 180/200 cl Water
- 7 g Salt
- 10 g yeast
Mix all the ingredients until dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Let the dough rest in the bowl for about 30 minutes. or put in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap until the next day.
Spread in baking pan previously greased with oil.Put on tomato, seasoned with salt and olive oil.Bake at high temperature.
The cooking time 12/15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with mozzarella cheese and the remaining ingredients.
