Kamut bread

 

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Kamut
  • 300 cl Water
  • 10 g Salt
  • 12 g Yeast

Procedure:

Mix the ingredients together until dough is smooth not rough.Form a ball and place it in a bowl and let rest for about 40 minutes.Working again the dough and form a ball again, let it rest for another 40 minutes, then place in baking pan with parchment paper. Let rise for about 60 minutes in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
