- 500 g Flour Biologica
- 250 cl Water
- 10 g Salt
- 12 g Yeast
Mix the ingredients until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Form a ball and place in a container and let it rest for about 40 minutes.
Work the dough again and again form a ball, let it rest for another 40 minutes, then place in baking pan with parchment paper.
