Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients until dough is smooth and homogeneous. Let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes in a covered casserole with a cotton towel. Divide the dough into pieces. Let it rise for 60-70 minutes. Cut and bake at moderate temperature of about 180/190 ° C. The cooking time is about 30 minutes.
