Procedure:

Knead for 7 minutes at speed 1

Put the dough in a container and let rise at 18-20 ° C for 22-24 hours.

 Mix all the ingredients for 7 minutes at speed 1 and 4 minutes at speed 2.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into pieces of approximately 100g, form a shape.

Let rise for 60/70 minutes in a proofer. 

Place the frame and bake at medium high temperature.
