Ingredients:

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients for 5 minutes at speed 1 and 6 minutes at speed 2
Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
Divide the dough into pieces of 300 g
After 10 minutes form the baguette then stretch it with hands to a length of 50-60 cm.
Put in proover
Bake at moderate temperatures with plenty of steam.
Cooking time: 30-35 minutes.
