Ingredients

Procedure:

Put all the ingredients into the mixer with the exception of one liter of water, knead for 6 minutes at speed 1 and 2 at speed 2, then add  the remaining water at speed 1.
Let the dough rest for 40/50 minutes.
Produce parts of 500 g of dough
Let rise for 45/55 minutes, in a cell with humidity at 30 ° R. equal to 70/75
Turn and cut along the outer edge.
Bake without steam at moderate temperatures.
Cooking time: 40/45 minutes
