Ingredienti

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients  for about 20 minutes

Wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough and put 2,800 kg of dough (flour and butter), previously stretchedin refrigerator for 15/20 minutes.

Roll out the dough on the thickness of 5/5.5 mm, put the dough into the pan, prick and bake

Cooking at 220/230 degrees for 15 minutes.
